100 Days And Counting

Today marks exactly 100 days (but who’s counting) until I embark on my crazy and exciting faith adventure. I just want to start by saying THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to all of my wonderful supporters, both financial supporters and prayer supporters! I love how the Lord is touching your hearts with something that He has passionately placed on mine. While I’m extremely excited to see how the Lord is going to use me in Tabuk (pronounced Ta-book), I’m also nervous and getting anxious as the days quickly fly by. I have bought all of my medical equipment, all of my medical books, and I just sent out my box full of belongings yesterday. Now I am just piecing together the little things and trying to raise the rest of my support. Something that God has been teaching me recently is that I can take my flawed self and fall into His arms because He has an amazing plan and perfect timing.

2 Corinthians 4:15-18 says: “All of this is for your benefit. And as Gods grace reaches more and more people, there will be great thanksgiving, and God will receive more and more glory. That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are small and won’t last long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever. So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.

Specific prayer requests currently are: wisdom for preparing to leave, building relationships while I’m still here, and that I would trust Gods plan not only through the good and easy times, but also through the rough and hard times. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me. Thank you again!
